Hi there, I’m wondering if I can fit these 2 x DDR3 RAM sticks into my 2019 iMac. The old machine currently has EPLIDA 4GB 2x8 PC3-12800 RAM, and I’m planning to replace it with Micron 4ATF51264HZ-2G6E3 4GB DDR4 at 2667 MHz. I don’t want to risk damaging the system, so I’m curious about compatibility. The images I saw are from other people’s setups, not mine, just to show the model.

DDR3 and DDR4 cannot be used together because the connectors and slots are different, making it impossible for the module to fit.

You can't use both DDR3 and DDR4 together in the same setup. The socket wouldn't accommodate them at the same time. Some older boards let you choose one or the other, but not both simultaneously.
