Hello, my PC runs Windows 11 and the power went out right in the middle of an update. Now the machine won't even finish starting up (POST), it just sits on the VGA screen. It wipes both the CPU and RAM. I'm not sure what to do next. I've already tried resetting the battery with the buttons, taking it out for a few minutes, and power cycling—that didn't fix anything either. There is no signal coming from my monitor. My motherboard is the Z790 Aorus Elite AX. This computer has been sitting on my desk for about a year now.

If you don't have an F chip, take out your graphics card and connect to the IGP port on the board. If you do not have a graphics card at all, the only change that might damage the system is updating the BIOS.

I've tried it too, and the computer won't even show the green "POST" light. Maybe updating the BIOS will help solve the problem?
