I'm facing a problem while overclocking my CPU (Q9450) on my motherboard (P5W DH Deluxe). I can't exceed 2.8 ghz, and I've tried everything: disabling CIA2, C1E, EIST, Virtualization Technology, CPUID, and No-Execute Memory Protect. However, when I disable C1E it doesn't boot up. The RAM is PC2-6400 DDR2-800MHZ. Any suggestions?
