This problem has been around since Windows 11 RTM . It happens on all sorts of Windows 11 devices including Microsoft Surfacebook 2 and the questions have been asked (and never properly answered) in the following threads: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...co...4a1ac0d3ab https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ur...80ae4d058e https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-d...9e982d746a I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the audio drivers, Bluetooth drivers, [Microsoft] touchpad drivers, and other system drivers. I have used sfc and DISM. A clean install does nothing. It is NOT a driver issue. It is an OS issue that has been present since RTM and still in the current 22H2 Moment 4 update. I have two videos that show that the touchpad volume control works FINE when controlling normal built-in speakers . You will notice it is very smooth as it is/was on Windows 10. Then, you will see that with 2 different Bluetooth devices, the same scrolling becomes extremely fast, unstable, and unusable. This is an OS issue that needs to be fixed. I will revert back to Windows 10 (for now the third time) until it is fixed. Please let me know if you have any other KNOWN fixes for this. I doubt anything will fix it if even a clean install both w/ MS drivers AND OEM drivers does nothing to fix this bug. I don't have a laptop. I built this system about six months ago. My motherboard comes with a realtek sound card, but the default driver was really bad. It sounds like only the game sound is broken when I play games, while music sounds fine. That felt weird at first. After three months passed, realtek got a driver update on their website that fixed most of my problems for a while. Samsung seems to wait too long for updates because they seem lazy with what they do. As for Bluetooth, I had three adapters working before. My WiFi card has one built-in too. It worked for about two months after the Windows 11 update started. Then it would connect and disconnect every few seconds. I stopped using all my adapters on Windows 11 a while ago. All of them except one work fine when I use Linux now. So far, so good. Try Samsung to update your other half has a Samsung laptop and I am happy that I don't need to do it myself.
