Hey everyone, I just bought a 128GB RAM kit from g-skill (cl16 3200MHz) for my workstation PC. When trying to boot, I can't post and it freezes on q-code 90 with a white LED. It works though when I remove one specific RAM stick. My workstation has an AMD 5950X ASUS Dark Hero board, RTX 2080 WD 2TB NVMe drive. I’ve identified one RAM stick as the problem. All other combinations boot normally, but introducing that particular stick causes the issue. On another PC (i9-12900K and MSI Edge WiFi with 3090), it works perfectly. I ran them through Memtest86 for nine hours without problems and ran Windows Memory Diagnostic on two working sticks—no errors found. The workstation only boots fine until I add that problematic RAM stick. Even testing with different BIOS versions (3801, 3901, 4006) hasn’t solved it. Is there anything I should do to track down the cause, or should I suspect a faulty motherboard or CPU?

I discovered this (RMA number for the CPU or sometimes the motherboard) but I wasn't entirely clear on what it meant.
