I'm facing a tricky setup with several SSDs. My goal is to simplify things as much as possible. To give you a clear picture, here’s what I have:

- SSD #1: 512GB, old Windows 10, now completely lost.
- SSD #2: 2TB, main Windows 11 partition with 57GB free space.
- SSD #3: 4TB, intended for data storage. It currently holds a fresh Windows 11 clone with reserved areas and plenty of unused space.

Previously, I installed Windows 10 on SSD #1 and used SSD #2 to install Windows 11. After testing both, I decided to move to Windows 11 and delete the old OS. Then I upgraded to SSD #3 for more storage, wiping it clean.

Recently, my system started booting from Windows 11 but wouldn’t start at all. I discovered that hidden partitions on SSD #2 contained system files, bootloaders, and other essentials that were installed without my knowledge. This made me very confused about how they ended up there.

I tried to recover by cloning a partition from the temporary Windows 11 install on SSD #3, but it caused more issues—my computer kept crashing during the process. I’m unsure if the problem was with the cloning or the way the system recognized the partitions.

My main concern is that if I remove SSD #3, my system won’t boot at all. I need a safe way to restore everything without having to reinstall Windows. I want to keep my main drive on SSD #2 with the reserved partitions intact, while getting Windows 11 working smoothly.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
