Here is my configuration with H150i PRO.
Mainly, I place the radiator in front using push/pull mode, and the remaining fans are all exhaust. The logic is that I run at 5.1GHz OC and the CPU is the component that generates the most heat, so I aim for outside air to hit it first. With 1080Ti, I can run at acceptable temperatures and should still feel warm.
I have 3 exhaust fans – one back and two drawing hot air from inside the case.

That video appeared to be supported by another tester who also tried this configuration, which seems to be the right approach.
