Purchasing a Windows 10 key from Ebay or Amazon can be questionable. While prices may seem attractive, the reliability of obtaining genuine keys from these platforms varies. Always verify seller credibility and consider official sources for security.

The $5 keys are fine, but you don’t have to use a key to set up and run Windows 10.

I've purchased keys from resellers many times without any problems. On eBay it's almost impossible to be scammed. In the worst scenario, you might have $5 stuck in a hold for a few days while you file a dispute.

You can run Windows 10 without activating it forever, and it works fine for regular users at home.

What's your monitor resolution/refresh rate? and are you just doing gaming? You can easily save $500 without losing performance in any event. the 5700 XT is within ~10% of the 2070 super for gaming. Cheaper board is fine for an 8 core, need 3600mhz CL16 RAM instead of the CL18 you had. 660p is fine, case is just a bit newer, can go either way.
