Hey everyone... considering a used build with an i7 4790, ASRock Z87E, and a 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 kit under $200? I have a question about the Z87 chipset and MOTO. The product page mentions it uses PCIe 3.0 slots, but Intel says the Z87 is a PCIe 2.0 revision. Can someone clarify this mix-up? Also, I plan to pair everything with a Sapphire Nitro+ RX480 8GB RAM that supports PCIe 3.0.
