Hello, After finding one of my top games, I need to buy it from Amazon. Questions: 1. Will the game be restricted if I purchase it outside Australia? 2. Does the product page say it will appear in my Steam Library?

Unfamiliar with geoblocks—it's quite outdated. Regarding Steam, you might try using codes from Steam. If that doesn't work, consider adding it as a non-Steam title.
