I'm looking at a new setup and got two 8GB DDR4 3200MHz Corsair LPX modules in a kit. My next motherboard is the Gigabyte Aoruz Z490 Master, which supports dual channel with four DIMM slots. Can I purchase another pair of 2x8 DDR4 3200MHz Corsair LPX with similar CAS latency and part numbers? Or should I buy a separate 4-pack kit? I checked online but haven't found anyone discussing upgrading RAM yet. Thanks!
Most of the time it works and you should be fine. But there are always corner cases and since it's memory, there's a higher chance that something might not work (memory issues are most likely the biggest ones with building/upgrading PCs ad they are not always 100% compatible for some reason). Sometimes just reseating the RAM helps.
