I bought the MGS V GZ but it doesn’t start. I think the issue might be with AMD drivers, though I don’t have any on my system. The game is installed on my E: drive instead of C:. When I try to launch it, it crashes right away. Windows reports an error with the event name and details about the fault module. There are several lines of extra info provided. If you need help, someone might be able to assist.

It seems like you're asking if the issue occurred during a previous session. Did you check the game cache recently?

I tried and it kept happening. Eventually, I identified the problem—it was the Kairos display driver. No one understands why it kept messing with the launch of MGSVGZ, but it did. Once I removed it completely, the game worked perfectly.
