acquired a refurbished i7 9700k and checked another processor option, wondering if my motherboard could handle it. Now I’m considering upgrading to a new board for my old setup. Any recommendations would be helpful—I’d like to customize the i7 and plan some overclocking. Thanks in advance.

I checked the MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC LGA1151 for $190 and wondered if it's worth targeting a more affordable option.

We’ve compiled your selected items along with their prices. This list reflects what you chose for your build. If you’d like to save on shipping or taxes, consider adding dual-channel RAM and an SSD for Windows. The total comes to $240.97. Let me know if you need any adjustments!
