I've already reached out but haven't received a reply. I just received my new rams via mail, aiming for a total of 32GB instead of 16. However, they aren't showing up in my RGB software (RGB fusion), and I'm struggling to find a way to activate them. Even changing the dimmer spots didn't solve the issue. I need control over them so I can turn them off at night—they're annoying and cause eye strain. Anyone can help? P.S.: The rams are identical to my old ones, same model and frequency.
