I placed an order for an Rx590 Gme online and installed it on my PC today. After turning it on, I noticed the screen displayed white snow and the audio outputs stopped working, indicating they weren’t connected. 343818367_6344909675566566_6717272176117092625_n.mp4

On a GPU, each HDMI or DisplayPort connection can serve as an audio output. That explains the extra number of audio ports you see. The same applies to iGPUs—they can also handle audio outputs.

White snow often points to a cable problem, especially after upgrading the GPU and changing video output settings like higher refresh rates. It’s tricky to see clearly in the video since the compression appears to have faded what was happening.

Are you certain it's an authentic RX590, or could it be a counterfeit GPU? Where did you acquire it?

I reside in the Philippines and purchased it from Lazada. There were numerous reviews available, so I felt confident about its safety. The store also had mostly favorable feedback.

I changed to my backup cable thinking it was missing, but it gradually reappeared. After turning off my PC, when I restarted it again the same issue occurred.
