I attempted nearly every possible method, yet I’m certain this mic functions. I managed to activate it on my PC via the audio settings—right-click the audio button, select "listen to device," and it works. When I made a sound, I could hear myself. The only problem is that in any app or browser, it displays "You did not allow the browser to use the microphone. Reload the page and try again." Or it treats the input device as being used by another program. It’s frustrating since I can’t resolve it. Anyone have a solution?

Ensure the feature is enabled within browser preferences as well. A headset could be reserving the standard input instead.

I verified everything and ran the Windows microphone test. Discord didn't work except for the one I referenced—listen to the device.
