Hello, I purchased a laptop with kmspico installed, but Windows isn't activated. Should I file a complaint? The listing didn't mention Windows being disabled, yet the seller used kmspico to activate it. It seems a bit questionable.

Absolutely, that approach is quite questionable. If you're on a budget, you might be able to obtain the product key from a used computer.

If the listing mentioned authenticity, it could be worth trying since it doesn't appear to be a standard Windows version.

they offered you a license? then you're entitled to file a complaint if it's not given, otherwise you'll be wasting your time

No details provided means limited options. The standard OS wasn’t specified. Downloading the OEM ISO from Microsoft may grant activation via upgrade rights.
