You recently installed Windows on your new PC using F1 and F2, but it keeps rebooting. Someone might be able to assist with this issue.

I've observed power supplies handling short circuits by disconnecting all components except the motherboard power. You might also need to take out the GPU, as it will likely protest, but if it continues running long enough to express concern you're on the right path. If the issue disappears and it remains active for more than a few seconds, turn it off again, reinstall one part, and attempt once more. Keep repeating until the problem reappears; at that point it's likely tied to the most recent component you reinstalled.

did you plug the power button correctly? it should be a switch that shorts for a millisecond the pins in order to cycle the powersupply and turn everything on, it's a "dumb" connection but if for some reason it's not correctly plugged in you might end up in something weird. also, try to unplug the front panel power on leads and short THE CORRECT PINS (check your motherboard manual) with a key and check if the PC turns on correctly i had this issue once and i fixed but i don't remember precisely what it was, checking the front panel connectors though might be one of the way
