In short, I bought a shaky GPU that’s causing several problems. The biggest issue is the screen turning all green and not displaying properly. I own an MSI 3060Ti and the deal was solid. It also doesn’t appear in Task Manager, which was unexpected. I’ve attached some photos for reference. Please let me know if anyone has suggestions on where to begin. To date, I’ve updated the drivers and reset the BIOS, but that’s about it so far.

You'll likely need to study electronics, troubleshooting, rebalancing, and invest in gear costing more than the card itself. In short, unless you're only planning to repair this one card, things won't work out.
