I visited the guys' house, connected it, and it started up perfectly. After coming home, I replaced the graphics card and tried to plug it in again—still nothing. No fan noise, no lights on the motherboard. I removed the graphics card and reinstalled it, checked the manual, confirmed the power switch was in the right position, tried jumping it with a screwdriver, and even swapped out the power supply I know works. I have no idea what might have failed during the 20-minute drive home and would really appreciate your assistance.

Create or model every component. Capture an image of the case interior for reference.

Once you returned home, you set up your personal graphics card and then connected it directly to the motherboard by shorting it in place?

It's an i3 6100 running on an asus h110mc motherboard. The old graphics card was a GeForce 9400 gs, and the new one I installed is a 4gb rx 460. The power supply provides 350 watts with 80+ white efficiency. Picture: https://imgur.com/a/HlI054X View: https://imgur.com/gallery/HlI054X

Take out the CMOS battery for a short time and swap it. When you can, start the computer without any GPU and connect the monitor directly to the motherboard. If that doesn’t work, reinstall the previous GPU and attempt to boot again. Also, follow the steps in this guide: https://forums.
