To buy at full price or go for grey markets is your decision. The keys are about same either way. Microsoft sometimes blacklists grey market keys. Thats rare, but they actually still do it. Another thing is that with grey market keys, if key doesn't work, there's no point going for Microsoft support. Its sellers responsibility, and most of the times they give you very short activation time and no working guarantees after that.

Consider the value it brings compared to your needs. If it offers benefits worth the cost, it's worth purchasing.

Grey keys refers to a type of key used in certain security systems, often associated with access control. Legit means it is genuine and properly issued.

Grey keys originate from unidentified sources and are not supported by Microsoft. Many organizations receive these keys in bulk for temporary purposes, such as office equipment, OEM projects, or one-time virtualization tasks. Keys used for one-time virtualization are often flagged and typically become blacklisted after reinstall attempts or a certain period, leaving no certainty about the key type. Companies frequently sell surplus keys on platforms like eBay or G2A, increasing the risk of acquiring blacklisted items. There’s also a possibility of purchasing keys obtained through stolen credit card data, which are usually removed quickly but less frequently. Reaching out to Microsoft can reduce the risk of blacklisting, as they may block keys used outside their Terms of Service. Grey market keys can be unpredictable—some buyers have experienced multiple blacklists during reinstalls, while others pay a price comparable to an official retail Windows 10 key. A genuine key from an authorized retailer or directly from Microsoft offers support and avoids blacklisting concerns.

Items priced at actual OEM cost are considered grey market. The Pro OEM price is 8500 rupes. The main difference is that if the grey market key fails, Microsoft won't assist you in resolving it. It's a matter between you and the seller.
