What controls the pump and fan speeds? What are the recommended speeds for different temperatures?

I use RealTemp to keep track of my CPU cores and GPU temperatures. They mostly stay in the background in my taskbar. I don't really focus on them much.
Their readings depend on the room temperature. When idle, I notice temperatures dropping to the low to mid 20s Celsius. During winter, I've seen them go as low as the teens. Load temperatures are typically between 45 and 50°C... sometimes they rise to about 55°C during heavy usage, such as full CPU load. The GPU never exceeds 45°C and usually stays around 43°C.

There are numerous software options and methods for adjusting fan speed. Many users suggest SpeedFan, although I personally prefer not to use it. It is a useful program that lets you manage your fans and monitor temperatures. As long as it has a 4-pin connection and is connected to the motherboard, you might be able to access BIOS settings and configure a curve to increase fan speed based on temperature.

You don't have to adjust the pump speed much, which reduces the cooling effect. The coolant's temperature shifts slowly, meaning you don't need to keep changing the pump's RPM constantly.

Regardless of the maximum pump speed they are capable of handling.

i don't track pump rpm. what temperatures are being recorded? if you had the chance to explain, that would be helpful.
