This bothers me each time I encounter it—they’re not going to improve from a 10/10 in one update. Some friends used to struggle to play the game at all, but now they can handle a smooth 30-40 FPS. On my R7 360 it’s running at 60 FPS after overclocking it from 1000/1500 to 1200/1700. I used to barely manage on my old R9 290 and can now play it quite well on the same device. There are still issues like netcode and a UI that needs web hosting, but overall it’s not terrible. It could be worse, but I’m confident it’s getting better. Still, I’m worried about AAA studios developing Battle Royale features. Unlike the past years when survival and base-building games flooded the market with mediocre titles, none of them were strong—even Ark has a version that falls short compared to PUBG. But PUBG now has over 1.5 million players, which really interests companies like DICE, Bethesda, Blizzard, etc. My main concern is whether these developers will charge for every DLC, make season passes mandatory, and if I’m not sure, since even BF1’s expansions cost money, it might lead to fewer people using or owning the content.
Focusing on the original subject. Excited about the VW van—great, slow-moving vehicle. Note: This might fit better under "PC Games."
