I used a build guide and purchased a 500w 80 + certified PSU.
A wattage calculator suggested I need a 600w PSU.
I'm concerned whether the PSU's wattage is sufficient, is it enough???

As long as you avoid overclocking, a 500w unit should work fine for your setup. However, I wouldn't feel confident about it and upgrading to a more powerful PSU is strongly recommended.
