Hey everyone, during my gaming time I noticed an unusual smell and checked the temperatures—CPU and GPU were normal. Then I inspected the VGA cable and found it melting at the PSU connector. It’s so tight I’m worried I might damage the whole connector if I try to pull it out. I’ve turned off the PC and plan to stop using it until repairs are done. Should I focus on the cable, the GPU, or replace the entire PSU? Also, I bought this PSU in 2022 and haven’t had any problems before.
