PSU Recommendations
I am evaluating the listed custom build (assembled on Newegg) and wondering about a replacement PSU from SeaSonic that would fit under this configuration without exceeding $120. Would you like to see if a SeaSonic PSU available on Newegg matches the power requirements of these components?
Alternative options match this case.

The recommended PSU mentioned is the one found at https://www.newegg.com/Montech-ATX-...up...6817959008
This PSU is also a solid choice. The Be Quiet model scores higher than the Montech and is noticeably quieter.
I use this ASUS in my existing configuration. Strong and reliable rails.

This pc is designed primarily for graphics performance.
For integrated graphics, 650W is adequate.
The Seasonic Core GX650 with a 7-year warranty is available for $90:

If you intend to upgrade to a discrete GPU later, consider 750W or 850W ($108/$129).
I may also search for a more efficient CPU cooler.
The model you chose is limited in power and could overheat, especially with a 12900K.
Make sure to update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version to prevent voltage problems.
Alternative cooler options are available.

Two 120mm front intakes and one 120mm rear exhaust should suffice. Running applications that consume more than half of the 16 available threads in the 12600K requires a high-quality cooler. The thermalright peerless assassin is highly recommended for $45: https://www.newegg.com/p/13C-000Y-000J2
