I have a Be Quiet Pure Power 11 FM 650w PSU that is operating with 14w off and 33w on, while the PC remains powered down. I'm puzzled as to why a PSU would consume power even when its power switch is set to off. My other PSU, an EVGA Supernova 650 P2, uses 0w off and 14w on with the PC also off. Any helpful advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Ahh, good question. I've got a watt meter connected to the mains socket and the PSU plugged into the watt meter.
