PSU Help
Hi with your first PC setup and needing some guidance, the MBR you're getting (MSI B850 Edge Ti) needs 2 x EPS / ATX 12V 8-pin, an 8-pin PCIe, and some but not all of the 9070 X models require 3x 8-pin PCIe. Based on this, you'll need 2x ATX 8-pin and 4x 8-pin PCIe. Most PSUs don't have that many, but the Corsair RM1000X and Phanteks AMP GH 1000W are available. Are there any other PSUs with this level of PCIe support? If not, which one do you think is better between the Corsair RM1000X and the Phanteks AMP GH 1000W? Thanks.
1000W would be excessive provisioning and would keep you holding onto the unit longer compared to an 850W one. Wattage matters, but so does the internal build quality of the device. Are there other PSUs with similar specifications? MSI offers one:

This makes me wonder—what are your details? Your budget for a PSU, your preferred buying platform, the model of your case, and including the 9070Xt you’re considering would be helpful.

I’m considering a compact 1TB M.2 drive, a larger M.2 drive for games and other uses, and possibly a non-SSD SATA drive for video and game files—specifically for games like Steam. forums.
