BIOS version for your motherboard right now.
Are you certain the clicks come from the PSU? You might want to use a sheet of A4 paper, roll it into a cylinder, hold one end to your ear, and the other to locate the noise source.
Double-check that all cables are securely connected and installed correctly.

Several power supplies include an inrush current bypass relay that produces a click noise during both shutdown and startup. If this clicking occurs during regular operation, it could indicate an issue (the video is private).

verify if your PSU's power specs and build quality are correct, you definitely need to adjust it. The clicking sound comes from a power relay activating during increased power demand, so replacing it should eliminate the noise.
