I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card from a 2060 Super to a 4070 Super. However, during installation I noticed the 4070 requires a 12 pin power cable. It comes with an adapter that divides the 12 pin into two 8 pin cables. My issue is that I only have one spare 8 pin cable available. I'm not sure if my PSU can handle this setup, especially since I already have a powerful PSU (EVGA 750 G2). Would it be safe to purchase another 8 pin cable and use both? If so, would this cable work with the system?

i would recommend always getting spare cables directly from the original manufacturer.
there's a chance that contacting them may even result in them sending you a spare free of charge, or possibly just shipping charge.
