Hey there, I just finished my first PC build about a week back. Everything looked good at first—lights worked, the machine ran smoothly. But today when I tried to power it up, nothing happened. I went through some checks: cables were plugged in, tried jumping the motherboard, didn’t see any damaged wires, and even tested the PSU with different loads, but it still wouldn’t turn on. I also noticed a big arc forming near the back switch inside the case. Could that be the problem? Or is there another possible cause I haven’t considered yet? As someone who works with electricity, I think the power supply windings might be faulty, but I’m still pretty new to building PCs and don’t have all the answers.

You should likely return the PSU, I don't believe this is the intended outcome

Disconnect the device and submit an RMA through Bequiet or your purchase location. Include the referenced image in the case, and they should handle it without much concern.

Ensure no arcing occurs inside the PSU during regular use. Report any issues via RMA.
