It's really impressive. It seems to be playing Mario Kart 8 at 1080p with 60 frames per second on decent hardware.

I'm not saying it's not, but as someone who plays emulators for all major consoles on my system (and even managed to compile everything into Steam), it was always exciting to see the "WAT?" reactions from friends when they got a notification about me playing Super Smash or Super Mario World. Right now it isn't really something you can enjoy in the moment, but when it gets that stage I'll be back on my console again.

I used a launch box for emulator games, but I can't display it since my PC is offline for three weeks. The launcher is a useful piece of software, though. Even with PS2 emulation, things aren't flawless—I faced texture and performance problems when trying to play Kya Dark Lineage for PS2. Sure, AAA titles usually work well, but other games are less reliable. It probably depends on the console you're using.

I've been playing a bit of everything, but it's not great. I remember talking about this earlier when someone claimed a phenom 2 handled pscx2 at 4K with just a few games. Later, I showed him Shadow of the Colossus TANKING under similar settings. Meanwhile, I've had no issues with Enthusia, Tokyo Xtreme Racer 0, Initial D, Pikmin, Paper Mario, and the Thousand Year Door. Eventually, I'll get Wiimotes and all the peripherals connected to my PC.

Did you need to purchase the game on PC instead of the PS3 version?
