Hello guys. I've already downloaded ds4 windows to connect my PS4 controller properly. But I'm having trouble playing some games with a PS3 controller. I see some discussions about the SCP toolkit containing malware, which is why I'm reaching out for your advice. Do you know any safe programs that can make my PS3 controller work on Windows 10? Also, I worry there might be compatibility problems if ds4 windows and a PS3 controller program are installed together. Can anyone assist me?

To link the original gamepad from PlayStation 3 or PlayStation 4, you require a MiniUSB- or MicroUSB cable, drivers from the XBox 360 (for Windows 7, 8.1 is sufficient), Microsoft .Net 4.0 and distributed packages Visual C++ for Visual Studio 2013, and most importantly, the SCP Driver program. No other items are necessary; no additional software must be purchased.

I've worked with SCP toolkit for many years, it might trigger warnings in Windows 10, but using it directly from the source has never caused problems or threats.
