Hello, I’m facing some issues with my PC when it comes to gaming. I’m looking for ways to improve performance so I can run games smoothly at around 144fps online and in singleplayer titles like Enshrouded or Palworld. I’d also like to play at 1920x1080 resolution. My current setup includes a Windows 10 X64 system with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600, a 3.79 GHz CPU, a 3GB GeForce GTX 1060, 16GB of DDR4 memory, and a motherboard from ASUSTeK. I have two SSDs—one 1TB and another 200GB—and a 2460G4 monitor at 144Hz. My budget is flexible, between 300 and 1500 euros, and I want to avoid unnecessary spending. Please let me know what upgrades would be most helpful.
Oddly that 6200 was the cheapest CL30 kit, not seen that happen before. Might be a CL32 or 36 kit cheaper.
It comes down to size. That is a 260ish mm GPU, which should fit without removing the hard drive cages. None of the 7800XT fit the bill being 285W cards they are a little bigger than the 4070 and the other lower spec cards.
If the drive cage is removed, then Lian Li says 430mm max GPU length. I would also be worried about case width, which isn't something people had to deal with much back then. But some of these bigger cards can be quite 'tall' and may not fit well.
Actually, come to think of it, should probably scrap the 40 series as an option altogether. They probably will be right up against the side panel which is bad for...

For lower power consumption, the RX7600 offers around 185W (the 1060 3GB model uses 120W). The RTX 4060 consumes about 115W but is pricier than necessary. Adding a 90 Euro PSU makes any card work fine. I selected a 750W unit for the larger build.

The €1219.91 build appeals to me, would it fit in the case? (I don't mind the appearance)
Running a light workload on that PSU is fine, but this higher-end model might not be ideal considering its age. How long have you been using it? It’s a single rail PSU, which is a plus.
This setup feels quite old-fashioned. I think the drive enclosures are designed to be swappable, making it possible to fit any GPU length. For safety, you could continue using standard 10.5" 260mm GPUs, as listed below and included in the updated build for France.
These would include models such as the dual fan RX 7600, RX 7600 XT, RX 6700 XT, and RX 6750 XT, plus the RTX3060 or RTX 4060Ti, along with several RTX 4070 and RTX 4070 Super cards that would work without modifications.

I like this but personally I would change the 7600x to a 7600 if I was using that cooler.
dr5 cl 30 6000 would be cheaper and there wouldn't be much improvement with the 6200.
4070 12gb is fine but a 7800xt with 16gb is a great choice if prices aren't too high and DLSS isn't necessary !!
