Hi everyone, I’m looking into backup options and wanted your advice. Since my computer isn’t packed with critical files, I mainly keep games that I can easily re-download from Steam if needed. I’m curious about reliable programs or methods to create backups without heavy software. Any suggestions? Or do you prefer a simpler, no-software approach? Thanks!

It varies based on the files you're saving. For system backups, I use Windows Backup; for games, music, and other media, I rely on Syncback.

I tried aomei backupper for my laptop after the Windows backup issues. I added it to my Windows 8 desktop and found it works well.

Seagate dashboard agent is installed on my NAS. It functions properly but isn't the most reliable option.
