Believe it, an X670 motherboard should meet all your interface requirements:

I picked that PSU only because the price matched very similar lower wattage models, such as the one the OP selected, and even the Corsair RM805x offered extra margin. I no longer trust MSI products, so I’m not recommending them anymore. The extra cost of 30 dollars for more headroom was minimal compared to the overall build price. Four sticks of RAM probably won’t reach rated XMP speeds, which is why I chose the 96GB kit. DDR5 memory controllers aren’t fully developed yet. I agree the board might be overkill. There are even more affordable alternatives in the x670e lineup that would work well if examined closely.
The reasoning behind the Crucial 2TB 700 was a PCIe5 direct link to the CPU. That would apply for the operating system and applications… while the current working files, storage, and Davinici swap file would reside on the second 2TB drive. A good observation about the heat sinks.
Gen4 speeds remain sufficient. In practical applications you’ll hardly perceive any variation. Updated the motherboard to an x670 elite model and replaced the GPU with a 7900xt.
