It seems there might be some confusion. Cod games often have issues at launch, and it's hard to predict exactly what the beta will be like.

Blops 3 performed poorly during testing. At a 4670K temperature with a 4.6ghz clock speed and a 980ti, it handled only 30 to 42 frames.

They frequently tweak things late in the process. I tried that beta version on PS4 and it felt terrible, though the final version ran well.
