You're facing a situation where your home network is blocked, but you're not sure how to remove the restriction without changing the modem settings. It might help to explore alternative methods or consult your internet service provider for guidance.

You checked for a stable connection and realized your parents manage the network setup. Reach out to them for help. This situation calls for a direct, personal approach rather than relying on tech fixes.

They're completely unaware, and the password 10.0.0.1 has been updated too.

Contact Comcast directly. If it's their modem, they likely have hidden access points. They should be able to adjust any configuration settings.

You’re currently restricted from your home internet not due to a formal ban, but because your parents are preventing you from accessing it. Since you’re seeking a way to remove this restriction, you should discuss the issue with them directly.
