Yesterday Windows upgraded my LG Gram to 25H2. Afterwards, while using Edge, pop-ups appeared every 5-10 minutes featuring a green progress bar that finished and vanished in about a second. It's too fast for me to notice anything beyond the bar. It's irritating and seems unnecessary. Google hasn't provided any help. I disabled acceleration in Edge but it didn't make a difference. Anyone have suggestions? I think this might be related to Edge, though I can't be sure because Edge is the main app I use. I don't rely on File Explorer, which is another service Google mentioned. Thanks.

Popups appear every 5-10 minutes showing a green progress bar that finishes in about a second. It might be helpful to share a video of what you're seeing. You could upload it to a platform like Imgur and send us the link for review. I think this could be related to Edge, but I can't be sure because Edge is usually the only browser I use. To check if Edge is the cause, you could also try using Chrome or Firefox instead.

I managed to record it using my phone. Please see the attached picture. It's my old Outlook that's triggering this issue. How can I disable it? The image is here: https://i.postimg.cc/JhzJ1yjm/Outlook-Send-Receive.jpg It happens every half hour. Thanks.

The "Outlook" was identified in the image. I clarified the issue and resolved it accordingly. Thank you.

Similar options are often available during startup, such as adjusting the Task Manager or Start Menu settings, or modifying service configurations through msconfig.
