Overclocking your memory is limited to the BIOS settings. Search for XMP, XAMP or DOCP options. A less powerful Intel chipset might lack support for XMP.

I mistakenly remembered that 8thaverage could alter RAM speeds and timings... it seems altering timings on the spot wouldn't be feasible.

I don’t have the ability to alter your BIOS settings, but I can look into tools or software available for Windows that might help adjust memory performance.
