I frequently encounter unexpected ping spikes lasting about 30 seconds, even with the full bandwidth available. This pushes my ping over 250 in CSGO. The resource monitor didn’t help much, and I eliminated other devices by turning them off. What tool can show which apps are consuming your internet speed?
