Looking for a free tool to draw on images and measure angles or distances? There are several options available. Consider using free software like GIMP or Inkscape for drawing, combined with online angle-measuring apps such as AngleMe or online calculators. You might also explore free 3D modeling tools like Tinkercad for basic measurements. Let me know if you need more details!

The Geometer's Sketchpad is a useful tool. My instructor used it previously. I’m not sure about drawing on images, but it works well overall.

In 2D GIMP you can achieve this. You may need some calculations to convert pixels to the desired base size.
