Hello, I just purchased a 10900K with an MPG Z590 GAMING FORCE motherboard. I’m facing a problem where my CPU is running at 4.88 GHz even when idle. Since I’m not very familiar with BIOS adjustments or hardware changes, I’m really hoping someone can assist me as I’m quite concerned.

I see it got down to 800 mhz. Was that thermal throttle? Were those cores parked? Can you share the temperature section and the usage section also?

From what I know, there’s no thermal throttling during gaming. And... so?
