Someone with a sarcastic streak might notice the fan placement on TG4 doesn’t let air flow properly from the side vents, which is why it didn’t fix the issue on the TG5 and can be moved easily. The airflow likely isn’t strong enough to raise CPU temperatures significantly. You can test this by taking off the front panel (keep the side panel in place) and checking if the fans improve cooling. Pay attention to where the front fans are attached to the case compared to the vents they draw air from. TG4 vs TG5 comparison
Sure, it sounds like you need to refresh the thermal paste and clean the cooler soon. The current idle temperatures have risen to around 52 degrees.
No. You should first try to work with the case you have for two reasons. Time, and money. (Also reapplying your CPU cooler first to see if that helps) If you can spend a bit of time to get your current case working with the suggestions I had above (moving fans), then you save Time waiting for a new case to arrive, the entire disassemble and reassemble process of the entire PC (a case swap is the longest swap you can do because it requires the most time) and of course, paying for the new case.
This would be my suggestion, yes. Try a test without the front panel to see if the front fans are actually improving or worsening your thermal performance. It might just depend on the CPU cooler mount or the profile fan curve. Start with the simple, quick checks and move on to the more involved ones.
That logic is clear. If the fans can't draw air from the vents due to proximity to the front panel, then no sound can reach the speaker. Many budget RGB cases try to highlight RGB without thinking about heat management.
