Never handled this before; it's operating at its standard speed. I removed the radiator (which uses water cooling) and it didn’t affect performance. I replaced the thermal paste about a month ago.

I’d make sure to verify the installation, since this often indicates the cooler wasn’t secured correctly or an item was left out.
