To make it clearer, my computer dropped off my desk, but it’s still running. When I open the Home screen, the clock speed jumps way too high. I’ve bought some thermal paste and expect it to arrive soon. Do you have any advice if that doesn’t solve the issue? I’ve attached some photos from HWMonitor below.

Thermal paste may be the problem, as it functioned prior to detachment. Are the fans operating on the CPU cooler? Is the cooler itself damaged? Gently move it to assess.

The cooler seems to be out of place. The CPU appears to function without a heatsink.

The heatsink is not secure. When pairing with the Intel cooler, move two pins side by side into the motherboard.

It's nice it's operating at 0.2Ghz, since at 105C it reaches the critical max temperature. Without this protection, the CPU would actually melt or shut down repeatedly to avoid harm, which it is capable of doing.

An impact resembles dropping from a desk, which is more likely to damage the cooler's mounting parts. You're likely in need of a replacement CPU cooler.

I’d take everything apart into its parts and put it back together. Check the components for any issues, paying close attention to the PCIe connections and the cooling system.
