That's correct, the 1600 configuration has 6 cores and 12 threads. This indicates that R6S runs on a single-core environment.

The additional cores (approximately two as listed in Task Manager) aren't necessary when the processing demand doesn't require extra cores or threads.

It's also determined by the way the game or program is structured. If it isn't designed to take advantage of a specific factor, it won't.
