These are typical for Ryzen 3000/5000 models since they boost voltage during idle. This should decrease when under load. Are you using the most recent BIOS version?

Most motherboards automatically tweak fan speeds to cut noise while maintaining safe temps. At idle, your cooler might spin at low RPMs, so you can manually set it to 50%-75% and lower the temperature—though this won't help much. Check HWInfo for the cooler's RPM across different temps, and if needed, adjust the fan curve in BIOS to keep it running smoothly even when idle.

I understand it's fine to operate between 50°C to 60°C, though it doesn't add extra speed. The fan reached its maximum speed just to try to cool it down—around 1500 RPM, barely noticeable.

It's common for Ryzen to fluctuate temperatures when running lightly. Large voltage spikes can affect Tdie, and since this area gets intense heat, it can cause sudden jumps.
