You're looking for a CPU suited for a dual GPU deep learning setup. For non-gaming purposes, the 3800X or TR 1920x would be solid choices. The 3700X is also viable but may offer slightly less performance.

Among those options, the 3700X stands out clearly. The 3800X provides minimal extra performance gains, and the 1920x would only be worth considering if you need more PCIe lanes than CPU power. I’m not sure how Deep Learning and ML actually uses your hardware.

AMD issues with MKL might require an X299 setup instead of the current configuration. Consider alternatives if you're unsure about the workarounds.
