I've noticed consistently low CPU temperatures for a while (47-65°C), but recently they've risen to 67-77°C even at 5-22% load with the AIO pump and fans running. The radiator reads 40°C with cooling fans on both sides. My CPU is an AMD 5900X, paired with an ASUS ROG Strix LC 360, and I'm trying to isolate the issue without changing temperatures. The room temperature is around 15°C.

It seems the AIO is probably failing, mainly the pump.
